Although you will also be given the opportunity to sell directly yourself, your key focus will be in building a successful sales team across a large geographical region. Building an effective team will include hiring persons with pre-existing B2B relationships on either a full or part-time basis, and with assistance from corporate UWS, educating your team with necessary skills and knowledge to be successful.

Your success will be determined by your ability to build to head count and positively extract the necessary revenue generating goals from your team. Success will also be determined by your willingness to stay current and grow the relationships your individual team members bring to your region.

Tell us what you have to make it in this business. Keep in mind we are not necessarily looking for someone with web site development experience, but more individuals with strong local contacts in the small and medium business space and can manage a group of sales reps.
